How to get rid of black background and the label validation error on the desktop?

My copy of Windows fails validation test and this msg is then.Every appearing from time to time I reboot my PC goes black background and validation tag does not appear to nowhere.I not want to buy another copy.So no way that this type of configuration can be disabled? Plz help.

Not legally. Contact Microsoft and should be able to solve the problem. Until you validate your installation Windows can not keep up and as a result insurance (at least so far of Windows).
